From One Musician to Another

Music’s been a MASSIVE part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent years playing a number of different instruments in several bands, touring around, recording, and just living that whole DIY music life. I've been on the road in beat-up vans that overheated in the middle of nowhere, played shows to five people and packed rooms, and met some of the most amazing people on the planet through music. I even went as far as spending a few semesters at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. All of that has shaped how I see and feel live performances.

When you’re performing, you want someone behind the camera who truly gets what you’re playing. Someone who can feel the energy building before your chorus hits or the emotion in a quiet moment between songs. You want a photographer who knows when to press the shutter to really capture what’s happening (and maybe even one that can count well in any time signature).

You don’t just want a few cool shots. You want photos that look alive and feel the way your music sounds.
